At HumanBean the only important outcome for us is that the next generation gets the best possible start in life. As a team, we really believe that our attitudes and feelings about life affect our decisions, which in turn determine the direction of our lives. This is not a new idea. On the 'Parents' page we have listed some leading thinkers who explain these concepts in much greater detail.

What is a 'HumanBean'?
We are really impressed by balanced, rounded personalities. People who possess admirable qualities such as; perseverence, patience, empathy, vision, passion, compassion, confidence etc. In our view it is these qualities which define us as Human Beings.
Could you say 'Human Being' correctly when you were a kid? First time? A lot of the time it comes out as 'Human Bean'. We're providing resources for kids who will, we hope, grow up into balanced Human Beings, so 'Human Bean' is a young 'Human Being'!
Our Team
We needed a diverse range of skills and experience to create these children's resouces, so our core team consists of;
2 x Elementary School Headteachers (one male, one female) both with more than 10 years experience as Heads.
A Life Coach with an extensive industry background and a creative Childrens Author to bring the content together in a format they will understand.
In addition we have an extended Board of Advisors which includes a Child Psychologist and an advanced NLP Practitioner to check that our methodology meets the needs of our target age group.
Finally, a growing network of Parents are adding their views and opinions. This group is incredibly valuable to us and we welcome any and all constructive feedback.
